What is the correct car? It was a Cavalier Z24 Coupe. My initial guess was the Pontiac Sunfire and my next guess was any other mid-90’s Pontiac coupe. I was close and some of you were too and GM car was a good guess in my opinion. My coworker said the car was rammed into the back of a semi-truck so anything above the bumper was folded into the winshield. He said the frame is in good shape. I however do not know what the fate was of Kim or Jordan unfortunately.
Not even a minute after I got done reading the article

, my coworker was trying to pawn these CDs off on someone. It was a CD case so it has to be obviously more than 10 years old and smells like an unoccupied trailer house. Turns out the CDs came from another coworker who owns an autobody and retrieved(maybe stolen) them from a car brought into his shop. He asked us to guess what kind of car they came from... I got pretty close so I decided this would be a good game for the Oppo crowd. So what kind of car do you guys think this came from?
The contents of the the CD pack include a diverse representation of suck-ass music which are:
-
Bad Boy’s
R&B Hits
(
It says it was produced by Sean “P-Diddy” Combs..i didn’t know Puff Daddy had a regular name)
-NOW That’s What I Call Music! Volume 37, 50 and 52 (I remember these from high school..i never knew they go up to 52!)
- NOW That’s What I Call Country! Volume 6 ( I don’t this think these were as successful)
-Country Got Heart
( A Time/Life compilation , it has
Achy Breaky Heart
so yeah)
- Luke Bryant Tailgates & Tanlines
-Mariah E = MC^2
-Too $hort Gettn’It
-Gary Allen
Set You Free
and
Smoke Rings in the Dark
-Lady Antebellum Own the Night
-Brad Paisley This is Country Music (looks like Brad is giving NOW That’s What I Call Country a run for their money)
- Kid Rock , Rock N’ Roll Jesus (Blaspheme!)
-
Saliva
Blood Stained Love Story (
sounds pretty hardcore....NOT!
)
There is a plethora of bootlegged CDs it looked like this case was a his/her case because there are Jordans Mixes and Kims Mixes. Kim got a little more creative with labeling her discs. She has Kim’s Nickelback, Kim’s Country and my personal favorite Kim’s Crunk Kits. I unfortunately don’t have a CD player so I can’t see what Crunk Hits are.

For some reason, I’m thinking Geo Prizm or Ford Windstar. Some sort of hand-me-down car used by a newlywed couple.

Bro-country and early 90s r&b and gangsta rap... Plus “crunk” stuff...
98 Ram 1500 Laramie, lifted on stock chrome steelies with a 2000-vintage Kicker twin-10-inch subwoofer box hooked up to a Sony Xplod head unit.
Or a beat-up 2003 Neon.

I just like that the lead image makes W-bodies look cool.

Microwave the Gary Allen ones. They’re garbage.

I’m going to have to go with the venerable Dr. Vegas on this one and say W-platform.
My specific guess is going to be a 5th gen Cutlass Supreme.

The Too $hort throws me off. Everything else points at a pickup truck or an SUV of some sort. Maybe a Jeep Wrangler that’s never bee off road? Or a bone stock 90s Toyota Tacoma?

Doing some digging, these CD’s range from 1996-2013, with most being 2004-2008-as far as release dates go. Interestingly, the rap CD’s are all from the mid-2000’s, while the country ones are mostly 2008-onwards. This suggests either a change in taste or a second owner, perhaps a younger brother/sister (I’m going with sister).
Possibly an oldish pickup, like a ‘90s Ram, or something very staid like a Marquis or a CR-V.

Heh, if it’s not a pickup, it’s a J-body.
